What defines her practice is the time she spends with patients to understand everyone's unique experience and her commitment to working with each individual to develop a plan toward improved health that is understandable and actionable. Her approach emerges from her years working with families all over the country . She is passionate about wellness and preventative health care. Outside of work she enjoys traveling, hiking, crispy days, overly enthusiastic soccer-sideline yelling and reading under several blankets. As a mom she focuses on the joys and challenges of learning and growing every day with her daughter.
